If you use TopicIntel for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

TopicIntel helps users monitor public news sources for business signals, create monitoring strategies, review article matches, and receive optional Telegram alerts.

The service may include automated collection, keyword matching, article extraction, summaries, sentiment labels, relevance scoring, and other analysis features.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been used without permission.

You are responsible for activity under your account, including strategies, keywords, source selections, and notification settings.

You may use TopicIntel only for lawful business research and monitoring purposes, and you must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass security controls.

You must not submit content or monitoring instructions that are illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or intended to violate another person's rights.

TopicIntel monitors and links to third-party public sources. Those sources are controlled by their respective publishers, not by TopicIntel.

We do not guarantee that source content is accurate, complete, available, lawful to reuse in every context, or suitable for your intended purpose.

Some summaries, classifications, sentiment labels, impact labels, and relevance scores may be generated automatically or with AI-assisted systems.

Automated analysis can be incomplete or incorrect. You should verify important information against the original source before making business, legal, financial, compliance, or operational decisions.

If you connect Telegram, TopicIntel may send alerts and summaries to the Telegram account or chat you authorize.

Telegram delivery depends on third-party infrastructure and your own Telegram settings. We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or Telegram account issues.

Registration is currently free, and no payment is required to create an account.

If paid plans or usage limits are introduced, we will present the applicable fees and terms before charging you.

TopicIntel, including its software, interface, branding, workflows, and generated service structure, is owned by TopicIntel or its licensors.

You retain rights to the keywords, strategy names, and other content you submit, but you grant us the rights needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.

We process account information, profile settings, monitoring strategies, article matches, analysis results, and notification preferences to provide the service.

Do not submit sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for your lawful use of the service and you have the right to provide it.

We aim to keep TopicIntel useful and available, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, modified, limited, or discontinued.

We may change features, source coverage, analysis behavior, limits, or integrations as the service evolves.

TopicIntel is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

TopicIntel does not provide legal, financial, investment, compliance, tax, security, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopicIntel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to use TopicIntel in the three months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing.

You may stop using TopicIntel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service, or used the service unlawfully.

After termination, some records may be retained where needed for security, legal compliance, dispute handling, backups, or legitimate business operations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.

Your continued use of TopicIntel after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
